Managing the agendas of the organization and having a long list of it is sure make life difficult. With Agenda Organizer Deluxe you can now manage all the agendas in a better manner. It’s good to use and has different function for organizing work efficiently.
The launching screen shows the topics area on the left and the related details are shown on the right. Have the new entry added in a simple way you just need to enter the topic name and write the notes below. The topic automatically gets listed in the list of the topics on the left side. If there are a lot of them recorded in the list then also you can easily find the required one with the search option. Replacing is also easy and has different section that you can do with. Choose the option for user interface, there are a lot of them for manus, letters, hint, record, etc. Relating to graphics option you can select the numbers of color to be 16, 256 or other and also set the default format to be BMP, GIF, etc. You can even record the information about your company like name, address, contact number, country, etc. You can customize by choosing color, font, date, and other option also. You can have the table, HTML view of the data. You have different option performing different functions, after recording the data you can export it. Importing of the data is supported and you can also set a password so that the data remains confidential. All data and record can be sorted by different given options and also maintenance options are there. There are other features like clipboard, capturing web page, using template, etc. There is a help guide that enables you to have all the information about the program.
The software is given 3 rating point for its functioning and features. It can also bettered by avoiding the so many of the options which can make it confusing to an extent for a novice user. Overall it does a very decent job of what it aims at.
